Job Summary
Position SummaryAs a member of VPNEs growing transportation division the role of the Non-CDL Shuttle Driver is to safely transport employees and customers from parking facilities to their designated areas. The CDL Shuttle Driver will always provide exceptional service and safety and ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand : Monday-Friday 5pm-10pmResponsibilitiesMaintain safety standards at all times while transporting employees to their designated the vehicle meets all safety requirements and update the maintenance all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed all passengers are authorized to board the a set schedule to ensure delays are at a each passenger has a positive experience and that any issues are resolved or escalated to a member of authority the Exceptional Care philosophy at all and relay all necessary information concisely and professionally to Managers and passengers whether in person or via Shuttle of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenEducation Requirements: High School Diploma/GEDLicenses required: Drivers LicenseCertificates required: Updated DOT Medical Clearance Card; DPU CertificationRequirements:Be able to sit for long periodsBe able to walk short distancesPossess the manual dexterity to operate a Shuttle bus safelyStrong sense of customer serviceAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsBe at least 18 years of ageBe able and willing to smile during every customer interaction with passengersMaintain uniform standards while around the accountBe able to pass a criminal background check and drug testDriving record must meet company standardsAbility to successfully pass company-issued driving testAbility to create relationships with customersTime management & problem-solving skills
