Job Summary
Role OverviewThe NOCOperator 2ensures the continuous monitoring and operational support of Crisis24s production environments. This position is key tomaintainingservice uptime providing swift incident response and ensuring strong operational communication in a 24x7x365 Hours: TuesdaySaturday 4:00 PM12:00 AM EDTKey ResponsibilitiesProactivelymonitorinfrastructure cloud environments and applications using tools such asDatadog PagerDuty AWS CloudWatch OCI PRTG and first-level triage of alerts and incidents; escalate appropriately as per defined clear timelyupdates during incidents to internal and external major incident management through effective communication bridge participation and records in ITSM tools (ServiceNow Jira Confluence) for incidents changes and strict adherence to NOC SLAs processes and operational with global teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements in monitoring and operational in monitoring data and recommend improvements to thresholds or Qualifications & Skills4-6 years experiencein a NOC or technical operations role within a global environment.A bachelorsdegree in computer scienceor equivalentoraminimum of a4-yearsof experienceina related technical discipline technical understanding of IT infrastructure cloud services networking and experience with monitoring tools (Datadog PagerDuty AWS OCIand Azure insights).Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving communicationskills (written and verbal) for technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with ITIL to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidaysto support global SkillsExposure to enterprise cloud environments (AWS Azure OCI).Understandingsecurity operations principlesand practices including patching/ scripting skills (Bash PowerShellPython)are working with global cross-functional CompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong under pressure especially in critical to create and maintainoperational documents diagrams inventories and with a focus on continuous team player and effective collaborator in a global a mindset for automation and AI adoptionto continuously improve operational efficiency and NOC Crisis24Work within a global team protecting mission-critical to a wide range of technologies in a fast-paced for professional growth and skills development.A culture that values collaboration operational excellence and continuous improvement.
