Night Shift Supervisor, Vault Operations (Sun Wed)

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00PM to 3:30AM

The Supervisor Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform including intake authentication coordination vault operations and fulfillment. This role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate efficient execution of processes and adherence to service-level agreements.

• Supervise daily operations across vaulting inventory and fulfillment workflows
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy turnaround time throughput) and escalate issues as needed
• Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to operations staff
• Support onboarding and training to ensure adherence to SOPs
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues; escalate complex challenges
• Coordinate with partners (authentication logistics customer experience)
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with safety security and operational standards

• 35 years of experience in operations warehouse or logistics environments
• Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams
• Familiarity with WMS ERP or fulfillment systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good to work in fast-paced process-driven environments
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Based in a fulfillment or vault facility with occasional evening/weekend support during peak periods. Limited travel may be required.
