As an Operations Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and team performance within our organization. • Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

• Monitor workflow allocate resources and resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Coach mentor and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

• Maintain accurate reporting documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Typically requires 3 years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks.

• Experience in logistics manufacturing distribution or supply chain management.

• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.

• Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings late evenings or weekends as business needs dictate.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
