Join our guest services team the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the safety security and service of guests and property during the night hours
  
• Printing reports for management relating to following days business
  
• Checking all reservations expected for following day ensuring that billing and routing is correct
  
• Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
  
• Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues lights fires obstructions etc.
  
• Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately
  

This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions
  
• The ability to work independently and quickly respond to all guest or building needs
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Preferred - 1 year of Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience ata previous hotel

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidates education and work location.
