Schedule Details: Full-TIme; Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Front Office duties and is the overnight guest service agent.
• Follows proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions
• Identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensures that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account balanced with all supporting documentation
• Reconciles all charges to the general ledger and prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system including preparing system for next day of business.
• Responsible for accurate management of cash funds and daily shift deposits and compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly.
• Performs all Front desk duties including check-in check-out and cashier procedures in a proper and efficient manner.
• Assists with other departmental duties as stated by leadership.

Key Skills and experience:

• High School diploma/GED
• 1 year Auditing experience
• 1 year of Front Desk experience
• Previous experience with cash handling
• Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them.
• Builds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions.
• Must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts including on weekends as well as holidays.
