NGS Bioanalytical Scientist

• Perform and support next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows including sample preparation library preparation sequencing and data review
• Execute routine molecular biology assays including DNA/RNA extraction purification quantification qPCR and digital PCR (dPCR)
• Generate quality data to support IND and/or BLA filings
• Communicate results and provide input to the team and project lead through meetings and in reports
• Perform quality control assessments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Follow established laboratory procedures SOPs and quality guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate results

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Bachelors in a scientific concentration
• Experience in Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies is required
• Experience with routine molecular biology assays including nucleic acid extraction and qPCR/dPCR
• Strong skills in data interpretation and quality control
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office GraphPad Prism and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Experience with GxP and working in a regulated lab environment

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with use of automation to generate data perform data analysis and notebook tracking to support test method execution
• Troubleshooting and reworking experiments based on data interpretation
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets

Additional Information :

Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekend work might be expected. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House PA are encouraged to apply.
