Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant:assist patients with daily living activities including bathing feeding and mobility. Work under the supervision of RNs or LPNs to ensure patient comfort and care.
Location: Glen Island (490 Pelham Rd New Rochelle NY 10805)
Needs: PT Days FT Eve/Night and Weekends Only (PT & FT must work every other weekend)
Job Requirements:
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in SNF/LTC
- Ability to lift/move patients and work flexible shifts
Onboarding Requirements:
- Current Pre-employment Physical
- CurrentPPD/Quantiferon
- Vaccine Records
- Proof of MMR & Varicella Immunity
- Covid
- Copy of CNA Certificate
- Valid Picture ID & Social Security Card
- 2 professional references
