Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to join our awesome team!

The ideal Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as/but not limited to supporting the Property Manager and New Development Director needs including routine clerical secretarial and administrative functions. Ability to pivot roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed!

  • Promptly process telephone calls voicemails and e-mails.
  • Investigate complaints violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Prepare submit and maintain accurate records reports and documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all homeowner information
  • Provide information and coordination with other departments as needed.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or office experience required.
  • Take and follow direction
  • Must be able to speak read write and comprehend the English language.
  • High school diploma
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license in the state of residence.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be willing to travel for meetings and property investigations (as needed)
  • Able to attend and assist with evening meetings as needed.

 

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • To perform this job successfully an individual must have working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft applications.
