Job Description:

We are seeking a NOC Support Engineer with experience in infrastructure monitoring and 24x7 production support environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to VMware Nutanix Windows/Linux administration cloud operations and monitoring tools such as New Relic and include monitoring infrastructure systems troubleshooting incidents supporting daily operations and ensuring system availability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers VMware Nutanix storage and network devices
Perform L1/L1.5 support for incidents alerts and outages
Monitor applications infrastructure and operational dashboards
Support troubleshooting escalation and incident resolution activities
Work with infrastructure application and networking teams for issue resolution
Support patching deployments maintenance and DR activities
Maintain operational documentation reports and runbooks

Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification
Experience in enterprise NOC or MSP environments
Exposure to hybrid cloud environments
