Job Summary
Network Manager HCS
MHMR is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Sr. Staff Accountant to join our team.
The Network Manager HCS directly supervises and manages field based HCS Service Coordinators ensuring compliance with Remote Work Operating Procedure Service Coordination Guidelines HCS Rules Targeted Case Management departmental procedures and handbooks. They oversee each persons assigned HCS Service Coordinator ensuring adherence to TAC guidelines accessibility to stakeholders coaching and monitoring productivity quality and performance. Additionally they act as a liaison to various stakeholders including people who served families HHSC DSHS MCOs NFs MHMR Tarrant staff and community members.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Defined Education: Health and Human services field
Preferences: Bilingual-Spanish
Years Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Health and Human services field
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
