Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments.
- Manage monitor maintain and troubleshoot the site network infrastructure.
- Perform incident resolution problem management and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
- Support network changes upgrades and implementation activities in accordance with operational requirements.
- Ensure network availability performance and security while adhering to customer standards and SLAs.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders vendors and internal teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide operational reporting as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco IOS/IOS-XE.
- Experience with Cisco SDA / DNA Center and enterprise network environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs STP DHCP DNS ACLs and routing protocols.
- Experience in network monitoring troubleshooting incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Experience supporting network changes upgrades and implementations.
- Understanding of network security availability performance and SLA requirements.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
