Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant / NetSuite Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in designing developing and implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuiteScript SuiteFlow SuiteTalk integrations and NetSuite customization along with hands-on experience supporting Finance Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management modules.

The candidate will be responsible for leading NetSuite implementations developing custom solutions integrating third-party systems and providing technical leadership to ensure scalable secure and high-performing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Customization

• Design develop and customize NetSuite ERP solutions using:
  • SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0
  • SuiteFlow
  • SuiteTalk
  • Saved Searches
  • Custom Records
  • Workflows
• Develop scalable and reusable NetSuite customizations to meet business requirements.
• Optimize existing NetSuite solutions for performance and maintainability.

NetSuite Implementation & Enhancements

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects enhancements upgrades and rollouts.
• Participate in solution design configuration testing deployment and post-production support.
• Support NetSuite version upgrades and platform enhancements.

Integration Development

• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems including:
  • CRM Applications
  • Banking Systems
  • Payment Gateways
  • Reporting Platforms
  • Third-Party Business Applications
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations using SuiteTalk and web services.

Business & Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants and project teams to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Ensure adherence to NetSuite development standards and governance processes.

Production Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to:
  • Finance Modules
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Order Management
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation & Release Management

• Prepare:
  • Technical Design Documents
  • Solution Architecture Documents
  • Deployment Plans
  • Integration Specifications
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) production releases and post-go-live activities.
