Job Summary
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field with experience in computer software development modification and maintenance. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis.
8 years of experience with government IT projects as a software developer software engineer or in a related field
8 years of experience building and optimizing SQL statements and stored procedures
3 years of experience supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems preferably in a government setting
Working knowledge and C# HTML and CSS
Experience implementing configuring and supporting SDWIS Water Quality Exchange (WQX) SWIFT and DWSFTIES
Experience with Apache Tomcat and Java
Experience working or collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Experience using service/help desk ticket platforms and Microsoft Office products
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop monitor etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
