Job Summary

Every day youll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. Youll administer treatments track vitals educate patients and families and play a key role in making sure people feel seen heard and cared for.

- Evidence-Based Patient Care: Applies the nursing process evidence-based practice clinical skills critical thinking and sound judgment to provide safe holistic patient-centered care across the lifespan.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates effectively and collaborates with patients families and the interprofessional team to support quality care and positive patient outcomes.
- Leadership & Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities coordinates care demonstrates accountability and supports a respectful trusting and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program.
- Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
