National Park Ranger Remote

Time Commitment: 1525 hours per week short-term project

We are seeking experienced National Park Rangers and visitor services professionals to evaluate and improve AI-generated guidance on national parks. Youll use your visitor service expertise to ensure questions reflect real visitor needs and answers are accurate helpful and up to date. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review national park questions for realism and relevance.
• Develop rubrics covering park passes entrance fees permits and reservations.
• Evaluate guidance on park regulations visitor safety and trip planning.
• Assess AI-generated answers for errors omissions and outdated information.
• Provide clear actionable written feedback to the project team asynchronously.

• Current former or seasonal National Park Service experience as a park ranger interpretive ranger or visitor services professional.
• At least 1 year of experience answering visitor questions or assisting with passes permits reservations or fees.
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to start quickly and commit 1525 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
