Sr. New Restaurant Opening (NRO)Planning Manager:

The NRO Planning Manager supports the tactical execution ofthe companys restaurant growth plan by owning schedules processes andcross-functional coordination for new restaurant openings. This role plays acritical part in optimizing capacity controlling costs and ensuring that theNRO field team can focus on execution. The Planning Manager leads the planningand coordination of all activities related to openings while maintaining clearcommunication across departments and providing timely reporting and logisticalsupport.

WhatYoull Do:

Buildmanage and update deployment schedules and opening timelines to ensure timelyand efficient execution.

Trackand report on turnover dates opening schedules trainer rosters and keymilestones.

AnalyzeROI of deployment plans (travel labor time) to inform cost-effectivedecisions.

Reviewsand approves team expense reports on a recurring fiscal schedule to ensurepolicy compliance and budget accuracy

Approvesinvoices for all pre-open expenditures ensuring accuracy and alignment withbudget expectations

Partnerswith the L&D team to ensure effective GM placements and delivery ofcomprehensive training programs

Managesall external inquiries related to permitting and inspections facilitatingseamless communication with internal field teams

Facilitatesescalation of vendor issues during new restaurant openings collaborating withboth internal teams and external partners to drive resolution

Forecastsupport needs and coordinate sequencing and timing of field logistics.

TeamLeadership & Project Oversight

Leaddevelop and support the NRO Coordinator(s) setting clear goals andperformance expectations.

Ownand maintain NRO tools templates and project plans to ensure consistency andaccuracy.

Conductpost-opening evaluations to capture learnings and inform process improvements.

Cross-FunctionalCoordination

Supportcross-functional collaboration by managing opening updates meeting cadencesand pipeline tracking reports.

Serveas the point of contact for scheduling and execution updates across teams andexternal vendors.

Collaboratewith internal partners on procurement supply readiness and vendorcoordination for openings.

ProcessManagement & Resource Planning

Identifygaps in current NRO processes and propose updates to improve scalability andefficiency.

Enhanceand maintain reference materials and operational resources used by the NROteam.

Ensureadherence to internal processes and company policies across all openings.

FieldSupport Coordination

Recommendtrainer staffing and placement based on scheduling needs and capacity plans.

Troubleshootopening challenges at Turn Over and coordinate responses with the field team.

Useproject management tools to track tasks updates and documentation in realtime.

Leadteams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest inmind

Effectivelycommunicate goals priorities and action items to direct reports; activelygive feedback on progress updates

Conductimpactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization

Createopportunities for Team Members to grow in their roles and progress into higherroles in the organization

Executeeffective decision-making skills to led team to succeed

The Qualifications:

35years of experience in new restaurant openings operations support ormulti-unit coordination.

Provenexperience managing direct reports or project contributors.

Excellentcommunication skills written and verbal with strong attention to detail.

Highlyorganized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); project managementsoftware experience preferred.

Budgettracking and reporting experience is a plus.

Strongsense of ownership follow-through and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment

Mustbe able to identify analyze and assess details

Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds

Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations as applicable

Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Frequenttravel may be required up to 40%
