As an event staff team member for FanGate Solutions you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket services and special events. Event staff will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our clients expectations and increase fans overall experience as well as venue information.
This position is for one event based in Bristol TN. Would you like to experience working at a NASCAR event We provide staffing for Bristol Motor Speedways NASCAR Cup Series event. Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Scanning and Guest Services at the entry gates.
Responsibilities:
- Aid guests with accurate race and promotional information
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
- Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
- Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Assist with mobile ticketing support and troubleshooting
- Review event tickets and give accurate information on seating location
- Scan and validate race tickets at the gates for entry
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to travel to Bristol TN on the weekend of September 17th-19th
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends and evenings
- College student majoring in advertising marketing sport management or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Duration and Pay:
Work race events on September 17th-19th in Bristol TN. This is a paid events position for work during actual events at $12/hour. Training is unpaid but limited housing accommodations can be provided as well as a stipend for gas for anyone coming from out of town.

Thursday September 17th Shift: 11:30am 8:30pm
Friday September 18th Shift: 12:30pm 8:30pm
Saturday September 19th Shift: 12:30pm 9:00pm
