Nail Tech (On Call)

Position Overview: Responsible for performing nail spa services in the manner trained by the Spa. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction the achievement and maintenance of Omni standards and profit maximization. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all standard policies and procedures. Perform all guest activities in a cordial efficient and professional manner at all times maintaining a commitment to guest a cooperative team-like attitude in working with management and fellow associates in all Omni departments. Help achieve our common goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and profit a positive attitude towards co-workers and the job being to work on time in a properly cleaned and pressed uniform. Hygiene is key in this environment due to the close proximity working with the clients. At no time is cigarette smoke allowed to be on the hands hair clothes or breath of a spa employee during a to a professional relationship with clients of The Spa. Discussion of internal matters of any sort with clients is not consistent professional nail services in accordance with spa protocols. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spas policies and care for equipment and implements and tools and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls. Have complete knowledge and understanding of all nail services and products while educating and training guests in these to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require promote the spa treatments services sessions and retail as well as programs promotions and/or discounts guests questions and concerns professionally and accurate appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest ability to work without direct a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work attend participate in and support training and staff in all areas of spa operation as requested by all services for which training has been received in the allotted period and without personal interpretation of the treatment and sell retail work area neat and clean at all times personal items should never be work area stocked with sufficient supplies for a full day of equipment and common areas used after performing use authority within given guidelines to ensure guest managers of ways to improve overall operation of the spa your working experience and the comfort of our other departments whenever necessary (and available).Attend all training sessions learning new techniques to be used in the performance of the job. Attend Omni required training current certifications/licenses to be displayed in the Spa. A copy will be kept on file in the Spa. It is the therapists responsibility to never allow this license to expire. If this happens the associate will be removed from the work any reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper current and educated with new treatments and products in the Spa self as well as other Spa Hotel and Club affiliates and maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting :Must speak fluent be a certified and licensed nail technician in the State of Texas. All certifications will be displayed in the hair salon area.
