U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teamsand wed love for you to be part of the journey.
What Youll Do
In this role youll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions including:
Navigating and applying policies and procedures
Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Contributing to team projects
Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks
Schedule
Part-Time: 1519 hours per week
Days: MondayFriday
Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM6:00 PM
Minimum: 4 hours per day

Saint Paul Tempe Milwaukee Cincinnati
Hybrid: 3 days in-office required
Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent work experience OR
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Experience
Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services
Ability to quickly learn systems processes and products within custody operations
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first.
