Multimedia Specialist

We are seeking a creative and adaptable Multimedia Specialist to support our marketing sales and event initiatives with compelling visual content and strategic messaging. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments. The candidate must be a self-starter capable of initiating planning and executing tasks independently. They should enjoy storytelling through media and be committed to maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing ensuring alignment with the departments strategic goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

o Create and design impactful graphics postcards technical bulletins and sales support materials.

o Develop visual assets that match brand standards and campaign objectives.

Event Support

o Provide on-site and off-site multimedia support for company events including PowerPoints setup photography videography and live content capture.

o Work with event teams to ensure that media elements are integrated smoothly.

Content Capture & Storytelling

o Participate in jobs and field activities to gather authentic content that highlights our companys people daily operations and customer relationships.

o Create and deliver engaging photo and video content for both internal and external audiences.

Social Media Management

o Maintain and expand the companys social media channels with new relevant and engaging content.

o Track trends and analytics to enhance performance and boost audience engagement.

Brand Voice Development

o Help develop and strengthen the voice of the business through consistent messaging and tone across all media.

o Work together with marketing and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

o Proven experience in graphic design multimedia production and social media management. Provide examples and a portfolio of work.

o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar design tools as well as scheduling tools and collaborative digital platforms for work sharing.

o Strong photography and videography skills including editing.

o Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

o Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

o Knowledge of agricultural and field industries is required.
