Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Wire Drawing Machine Operator
Location: Santa Teresa NM
Pay: $20.25 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
4 Months Days / 4 Months Nights
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2-year Technical Degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Wire industry experience is a plus
Basic computer skills preferred
Ability to operate production machinery
Ability to bend move and maneuver wire spools
Strong attention to quality and detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
Operate wire drawing machines
Set up equipment according to production schedules and customer specifications
Enter machine settings and production parameters
Maintain accurate production records Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed
Weld input wire together for continuous production
Report machine malfunctions or production defects to the supervisor
Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
Complete other assigned duties
