As a Service Technician you will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes and community amenities through preventative maintenance repairs and exceptional resident service.

Complete resident service requests
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
Troubleshoot HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance issues
Assist with apartment turns and renovations
Support emergency maintenance response
Maintain community safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Maintenance facilities construction or related experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
HVAC plumbing electrical or appliance repair experience is a plus
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
