Multi-site Maintenance Specialist Carpenter

The Carpenter participates in community upgrades andspecialized projects throughout the Capri portfolio.

1.Works with the Construction Project Manager to performapartment complex renovation projects including but not limited to:

• Assist with demolition of apartment includingtrash and appliance removal
• Execute carpentry work including cabinet andtrim installation.
• Replace existing flooring with upgradedmaterial.
• Conduct light electrical work includingupgrading light fixtures.
• Execute plumbing upgrades including tub-to-showerconversions
• Conduct exterior building upgrades

2. May assist in communities to help cover PTO or position vacancies as needed.

3. Follows company policies regarding safety and building regulations.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)required. Minimum of three to five years related experience and/or trainingrequired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid Drivers License required for frequent vehicletravel.
