Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Saturdays: 10 am - 6 pm

Location: Multiple sites: The Main Washington Court and Aster Townhomes all in Sumner WA

What We Require:

• A minimum of two years sales experience hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
• Yieldstar
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

What Youll Do:

• Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
• Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
• Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day ensuring they are informed supported and satisfied.
• Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
• Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
