Multi-Site Cleaner Full Time (Operations)

Not interested in doing the exact same thing in the exact same place every day This might be the job for you! ESS Clean is hiring a Full-Time Floating Cleaner for our Decatur Illinois branch. This position is a little different from our regular cleaning roles. Instead of being assigned to one building youll work at different client locations helping cover employee absences scheduled time off and other staffing needs. This position is Monday through Friday 40 hours per week with a regular schedule of 4:00PM-1:00AM.

• Provide cleaning coverage at multiple commercial facilities throughout the Decatur area
• Learn different buildings cleaning procedures and client expectations
• Perform routine cleaning including restrooms floors trash removal dusting and sanitizing surfaces
• Adjust to different assignments and cleaning priorities as needed
• Work independently while maintaining ESS Cleans quality standards
• Help ensure our clients receive consistent service even when their regularly assigned cleaner is unavailable

This position requires someone who can adapt quickly and take ownership of their work. Our ideal candidate:

• Is comfortable working at different locations
• Can learn new routines and follow site-specific instructions
• Works well independently without constant supervision
• Pays attention to details and takes pride in quality work
• Communicates effectively with supervisors
• Is comfortable with the physical demands of commercial cleaning including standing walking bending and lifting

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
