What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems on industrial production equipment
• Provide rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and keep production moving
• Perform preventive maintenance installations and service across multiple machines
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic pneumatic and power transmission systems
• Install and set up AC and DC drives
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and industrial controls down to component level
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to guide repairs
• Contribute to a strong safety culture on the floor every shift

What We Need From You

• 2 3 years of troubleshooting experience in industrial electrical control systems
• Solid working knowledge of motors servos pumps drives relays 3-phase power and industrial controls
• Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to install and troubleshoot basic 3-phase motor control circuits
• Familiarity with sensors limit switches and communication devices
• Able to read both electrical and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearings
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexible on hours - overtime is part of the role
• Must be willing to complete an on-site skills test after the interview

Bonus

• Basic welding skills
• PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with steam systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

• On-site interview required - maintenance skills test administered after the interview
