This position is located at Deaconess Midtown or Gateway campus.
Position Requirements:
BSW Case Manager
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education witha Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
- Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) - Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program.
- Experience in health care crisis intervention counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment.
MSW Case Manager
