A Short Term Acute Care facility in Oregon City Oregon is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves performing diagnostic MRI imaging in a fast-paced hospital environment supporting inpatient and emergency imaging needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI imaging procedures as per physician orders and protocols
Prepare and safely position patients for MRI examinations
Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Document procedures accurately in Epic system
Assist with STAT and emergency MRI requests
Support scheduling flexibility and coverage needs as required
Required Qualifications
MRI Technologist experience required
First-time travelers accepted
Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
Epic charting experience preferred
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
