This is a Part-Time position working up to 20 hours per week with schedule flexability.
The MRI Technologist will perform standard clinical and advanced research magnetic resonance imaging particularly with babies and children as part of the NIH HBCD responsibilities include patient assistance and positioning in the scanner and collection of imaging data according to standard protocols both with and without MR contrast agents.
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or with operation of MR scanner and peripheral instrumentation(e.g. contrast injector GFR measurement etc.).
- At least 1 years experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging
- Certified and Registered in Magnetic Resonance Imagingfrom eitherARRTorARMRIT.
Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in English
- Skilled in delivery of patient care and MRI procedures start IV (including difficult sticks) contrast administration and collection of imaging data according to standard protocols.
- Experience with operation of MR scanner and peripheral instrumentation (e.g. contrast injector GFR measurement etc.).
- Experience with a SiemensXA30 softwareplatform is preferable.
- More than3years experienceas an MRI Technologistperforming clinical diagnostic imaging
- Training and experience with breast imaging

- Ability to accommodate flexible work schedule
