Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect complex systems for enterprise solutions.
- Manage legacy migrations of ITSM tools and core platform setups.
- Oversee integrations automations and orchestrations using the NOW platform.
- Deliver technical architecture and design while mentoring the team to achieve world-class solutions.
- Strong experience with Moveworks and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Hands-on experience with Workday-to-Moveworks integration.
- Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture and API integrations.
- 5 years of relevant experience in solution architecture.
