Mortgage Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our consultative Mortgage Guide this role you will drive revenue and build a culture of consultative sales with focus on customer experience and accountability. What a Day Looks Like

• Develop structure SOPs workflow workforce planning and lender relationships.
• Recruit onboard train and develop a high-performing and consultative team of Mortgage Guides.
• Set and monitor individual and team expectations goals and performance benchmarks.
• Coach and mentor team members with regular one-on-ones training sessions and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and lenders to ensure seamless borrower experience.
• Identify opportunities and adjust strategies and approach accordingly.
• Monitor licensing continuing education and maintain compliance with federal state and company lending regulations and guidelines.

Where We Are Today and Where We Are Going

GetWyz Mortgage is a subsidiary of GetWyz a homeownership planning platform founded by Bob Curtis founder of MoneyGuide financial planning software used by more than 100000 financial advisors across the U.S.

We are early-stage and growing. Today that means a small team in Midlothian and an expanding lender network. Over time it means additional states more lending relationships and a mortgage operation designed around the buyer rather than the transaction.

As our Sales Manager you will not simply step into an established operation. You will help build it.

What We Are Looking For

• Active MLO license with NMLS in good standing
• 5 years of mortgage industry experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products including conventional FHA VA USDA and jumbo loans.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven app-first environment
• Consultative approach focused on finding the right financing solution for each buyer.
• Excellent coaching communication and people skills with an interest in building processes developing people and leading a growing mortgage team.
• Based in the Midlothian/Richmond Virginia area.
• Full-time in office initially transitioning to a hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Thursdays in office.

Compensation

Base Salary: $120000$170000 annually annual incentive bonus. The range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience skills qualifications and internal exceptional circumstances compensation may exceed the stated range.
