Acti-Kare Responsive In-is seeking a compassionate dependable Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Shoreline WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort dignity independence and quality of life.

Schedule: Various Days (5 days a week) with hours between 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Compensation: $21.00$23.00 per hour based on experience and assignment

As a Caregiver you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe comfortable and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the clients care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.

• Assist clients with personal care hygiene bathing dressing and mobility.

• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.

• Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements.

• Provide medication reminders as directed.

• Assist clients with prescribed exercises and other recommended activities.

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks that the client is unable to complete independently.

• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands when needed.

• Monitor and communicate changes in the clients condition or behavior.

• Communicate effectively with clients families nurses and other members of the care team.

• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment.

• Respond appropriately and responsibly to emergencies or unusual situations.

• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.

• Compassionate patient respectful and dependable approach to client care.

• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.

• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation including dietary considerations.

• Strong communication time-management and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
