Torch Technologies is seeking a Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Software Developer to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone position involves design development integration and analysis of digital simulations models and scene generators.

Job Duties:

• Designing implementing testing and maintaining C software simulations and models.
• Integrating vendor simulations and models into a common simulation framework.
• Development of pre- and post-processing tools to support simulation model and algorithm analysis.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5 years of experience with software development modeling and simulation and/or model integration.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of software development principles algorithms data structures and object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency with C Fortran or other programming languages.
• Experience with version control systems (Git Gitlab).

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with containerization software (e.g. singularity).
• Strong understanding of software model integration and simulation frameworks.
• Experience working with advanced math and physics concepts.
