Summary
The Mobile Ticket Specialist position is part of the exciting fast-paced game day operations within the Ticket Operations department where you will become proficient in gameday mobile ticketing technology and ticket operations game day procedures. As Mobile Ticket Specialist you will support Gate Ambassadors by assisting fans with a wide range of mobile ticketing needs including ticket access mobile wallet support account verification ticket transfers and navigating digital ticketing solutions. Specialists play a key role in ensuring guests enter the stadium efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualified individuals are highly motivated and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to every fan. The Mobile Ticket Specialist position is an on-site part-time game day position in Jacksonville Florida and will report to the Manager of Ticket Operations.
