Job Summary
Mobile Service Technician West Point Auto
As a Mobile Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining trucks on-site for our clients. Youll be the face of our dealership in the field providing expert service with a focus on efficiency professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a variety of truck makes and models.
- Provide emergency roadside assistance and support as needed.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues quickly and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle stocked with necessary parts and tools.
- Document all work performed including parts used repairs completed and time spent on each job.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that each clients needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician preferably in a mobile service role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
