Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deployassigned enforcementunitto assigned deployment sites; this may require local travel within thejurisdictionassigned or travel within the state for drivers assigned withinAWZSEprogram.
- Responsible for deployment at requiredlocationinmostefficient manner possible to ensure maximum deployment is achieved in all assignedjurisdictions. Set up / take down enforcement system andsupportingequipment. Monitor weather and lighting and make cameraadjustmentsas necessary. Communicate with Network Operations Center/Verra Command Center (NOC/VCC) supervisor teamleadsand other operators to ensureaccurateinformation whichimpacts;or hasa potentialtoimpactoperations is relayed astimelyas possible.
- Responsible for professional conduct and demeanorat all timeswhile traveling to and from deployment sites and while deployed and/or whilerepresenting the company at any time.
- Complete court deployment forms accurately with necessary and/orrequireddeployment data. Log and report any equipment related issuesin a timely mannerto ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Event Processing for both red-light and speed events using web-based tools.
- Open scan and process inbound customer correspondence.
- Performing clerical and administrative duties.
- Data entry and quality control.
- Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data intocomputer. May manipulate existing data edit current information orproof-readnew entries in database for accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid drivers license withgood drivingrecord

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to workday or night shifts depending on assignment; assignments may require weekend shifts
- Basic understanding of laptop/computer usage
- Solid data entry experience and ability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of cameras and photography
- Ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work as a team member and individually
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Ability tofrequentlylift and move up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
Inherent PhysicalRequirementsequirements
- These physical demands are representative of whata MSCOdriver mayencounterin the field and are essential functions of the position. You will be involved primarily with field work on outside construction/service sites involving long-term standing andperhaps repetitivemotions. You must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time and to perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- MSCO drivers must have the ability to useyourhands to handle finger or feel; reach climb or balance; crouch stoop crawl kneel and ladder use isrequiredwith the ability to climb descend balance and work safely at heights on ladders and aerial lifts for extended periods at time.
- MSCO drivers must have a great driving record and must have the ability to see including close distance and peripheral visiondepthvision and ability to focus. Often this position may berequiredto drive hundreds of miles per day. The employee must not have any limitations that would reduce their ability to drive a vehicle safely for company business.
- MSCOdriversphysical strength and abilitysufficientto perform moderate lifting moving and carrying. This is defined for example asregularlyexerting force sufficient tolift upto 50 pounds maneuver up to 50 pounds ontovehicleor vehicle roof and carry up to 50 pounds fromvehicletorequireddistance fromdeploymentvehicle (approx. 100ft.). Capable of safely attaching detachingtowingand deploying a trailer-mounted unit. Able to enter and exit vehicles multiple times within a shift.
- MSCO drivers are required to wear protective equipment while in the field which can include reflective gear work boots hardhatsand safety glasses.
