Mobile Service Technician

Castle Rock CDJR is launching a brand-new Mobile Service van and we need the technician who will build the program from day one. You will run your own route take Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram maintenance and recall work straight to customers homes and workplaces and own the results. No bay and no waiting on dispatch. You get a fully equipped van and a day you help plan.

Stellantis experience is a major plus. Strong technicians from other brands who are ready to learn CDJR are encouraged to apply. Mobile experience is not required.

1. Be first. You are the pilot tech for a new program. As it grows so does your role.
2. New van real equipment. You are set up to complete work on-site not just do inspections.
3. Steady volume. Recalls maintenance and service work on a strong CDJR customer base.
4. Growth path. Training certifications and internal promotion opportunities.

1. Perform maintenance recalls and light repairs on Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram vehicles at customer homes and workplaces
2. Review the days appointments confirm parts with the Parts Department and stage the van before rollout
3. Diagnose and complete work independently and decide what can be done on-site versus what needs to come into the shop
4. Complete recall and campaign work to Stellantis procedures
5. Keep Service Advisors and customers updated in real time on status findings and additional recommended work
6. Document every job accurately on the repair order and tablet including photos and recommendations
7. Keep the van clean stocked and maintained
8. Represent the dealership professionally and deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty
9. Work occasionally in challenging Colorado weather

1. Hands-on automotive service technician experience
2. Ability to work independently and solve problems without someone over your shoulder
3. Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
4. Organized detail-oriented and comfortable with tablets and digital tools
