We are seeking aMobile Home Set Crew/General Laborer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Our company provides a wide range of services for both new and used mobile homes including tear-down and preparation for transport installation demolition mobile home removal property cleanup excavation pad and site preparation mobile home re-leveling skirting installation shed hauling and general you are someone who enjoys hands-on work learning new skills and taking pride in a job well done we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Tear down and prepare mobile homes for transport

• Install assemble and set mobile homes according to specifications and safety standards

• Perform site preparation including excavating pad/surface leveling and cleanup

• Handle mobile home re-leveling skirting installation and related carpentry work

• Operate manual labor tools and equipment including cranes mini excavators and jacks safely and efficiently

• Haul trailers sheds and other materials as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more regularly; physically capable of intense manual labor

• Willingness to travel around the state within a typical radius of 150 miles

• Comfortable working in tight spaces crawl spaces and various weather or site conditions

• Clean drivers record and able to pass a drug screening

• Reliable personal vehicle for job site travel

• Own tools preferred but notrequired

Job Type:VS (20-40 hoursa week depending on job needs)
