We are seeking Mobile Crisis Qualified Mental Health Professionals for our Mobile Crisis Program

Responsibilities and Duties for Mobile Crisis Qualified Mental Health Professionals:

• Provide consumer assessments including determination of initial services for priority populations
• Schedule services
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling plan develop coordinate consult and implement services that provide treatment education rehabilitation and support to

Qualifications and Skills for a Mobile Crisis Qualified Mental Health Professional:

• Bachelors Degree in a Human Service field
• One year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities mental illness substance abuse or who are dually
• QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required
• Valid Drivers License with acceptable DMV
