As a Mobile Care Operations Driver you will support the Care Mobile program through a variety of important operational and community-focused responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary driver for the Care Mobile supporting daily community outreach operations
- Ensure the Care Mobile is maintained in a state of readiness for safe and effective service delivery
- Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical or safety concerns
- Provide security support and help maintain a safe environment for staff and patients on board
- Assist with patient registration and basic administrative support during mobile clinic operations
- Support efficient setup and breakdown of mobile care services at community locations
- Maintain communication via cell phone and other systems to support scheduling and operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety transportation and operational guidelines
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations of the Care Mobile program
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment focused on service and community impact
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- CDL required
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within one month of hire)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile systems or applications
- Ability to stay organized communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced mobile environment
- Previous experience in driving patient care delivery or community outreach preferred but not required
- Strong reliability and willingness to be available by cell phone as needed
