Mini Service Advisor

Job Summary:
The MINI Service Advisor at Bill Pearce Motors will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their MINIs. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service and increase service sales through effective communication and sales techniques. This is a commission-only sales position in the auto industry requiring strong sales skills and knowledge of MINI vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this Full-Time MINI Service Advisor position is commission-based with potential earnings between $6000 to $11000 per month paid addition Bill Pearce Motors offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a positive first impression of the dealership
Listen and understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Educate customers on service and maintenance plans for their MINI vehicles
Suggest and sell additional services based on customer needs
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of service requests
Keep updated on MINI vehicle knowledge and industry trends
Utilize sales techniques to increase service sales and meet or exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and service history
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
Knowledge and passion for MINI vehicles
Basic knowledge of automotive service and maintenance
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
