• Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and specifications
• Accurately read follow and execute standardized recipes
• Measure portion and label products to ensure consistency
• Maintain high standards for food quality freshness and presentation
• Properly rotate and store products using food safety standards
• Keep prep stations clean organized and fully stocked
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every shift is set up for success

• Ability to accurately read and follow recipes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A passion for scratch-made food and consistency
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Food preparation experience is a plus but were happy to train the right person
• Availability for mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
