Job Summary
Direct Hire Join the team as a permanent employee from day one
Flexible Shift Options:- 2nd shift:3pm 11:00pm (MondayFriday)
- 3rd shift: 11pm 7:00am (SundayThursday)
Competitive Pay:$23-$25/ on experience
Shift Premium:Additional10%for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Operate and maintain milling machines with a focus on quality and safety
Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure they meet specs
Set up workpieces using sine bars chucks and fixtures
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow quality procedures (ISO 13485 FDA OSHA standards)
Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and stand for 6 hours per shift
Work overtime as needed to meet delivery goals
Previous Mill CNC operation experience
Must have 5-axis machining experience
Strong background in mill machining
Skilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers bore gauges sine bars)
Solid math skills: geometry/trig knowledge preferred
Understanding of steel alloys and machining properties
