Migration Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and customer service Do you want to be a part of a dynamic company where you can accelerate your career We are seeking a dedicated Migration Specialistto join our rapidly expanding Client Expierence this role you will play a key part in ensuring the successful transition of clients from the legacy platforms to the new systems by providing system configuration support client training and ongoing guidance throughout the migration progress.

What You Will Do:
- Support the successful transition of clients from the legacy platforms to the new systems.
- Perform back-end system configuration and setup to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
- Conduct client training sessions and provide education on systems functionality features and best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platforms capabilities to effectively engage clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction.
What You Bring to Table:
- Minimum of 2 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- High level of integrity professionalism and positive attitude.
- Ability to influence and effectively challenge thinking to foster improvements.
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Curiosity and critical thinking-ability to ask engaging questions and seek continuous learning.
