Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners
Mapping-worksheet methodology folder ownership backup owners background applications retention-flagged records permission steps
RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows
ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination
End-user communications and training material authoring
OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus Add shortcut to OneDrive Known Folder Move replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts
Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation
