Role Descriptions:
Hands-on ShareGate Migrate Pro: job configuration mapping files incremental and delta passes activation management within the licensed machine count
Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment jump-box and local-agent topology task scheduling
Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation
Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts failures and skipped items
Metadata fidelity created and modified dates authorship versioning permission inheritance
Illegal-character long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation
OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts cached-file issues client reset
Post-migration reconciliation file counts spot validation delta reporting
Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing
