Job Summary
About the PositionWe are searching for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of related MEP design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical this position you will mentor junior-level MEP engineers while supporting proposal efforts and working on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies. This opportunity will allow you to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design. You will be responsible for efficiently navigating through various design stages from concept plans to construction documentation. This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee providing flexibility in your work location. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth while working on a variety of impactful electrical engineering and QualificationsBS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university5 years of related MEP experienceProficiency with relevant software such as Revit AutoCAD and BIMFederal project experience will have special considerationExperience mentoring and training employeesProven experience leading projects supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clientsPE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near futureAbility to work well within a team environment demonstrating a positive attitude strong communication skills and a proactive approachSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality workA strong desire to learn and grow professionally
