Location:New York NY Hybrid. Enjoy working in our Manhattan office Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays and additional designated periods throughout the year.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your transactional expertise while working on complex high-impact real estate this role you will:

• Represent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions dispositions and investment transactions.
• Draft review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements financing documents joint venture agreements and other commercial real estate contracts.
• Advise on real estate financing private equity investments and fund formation matters.
• Support commercial leasing transactions and complex real estate investment structures.
• Conduct due diligence evaluate transaction risks and coordinate key aspects of transaction closings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys investors lenders and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage meaningful transactional responsibilities while continuing to strengthen your legal expertise.
• Contribute to a collaborative team handling sophisticated real estate transactions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience with acquisitions dispositions financings joint ventures fund formation or commercial leasing.
• Strong transactional drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and work effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Excellent communication skills attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Experience at a reputable commercial law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
