Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support various stages of litigation including drafting pleadings motions and navigating the discovery process.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with the energy industry is highly preferred but not required.
  

• Legal Skills: Proven ability to handle pleadings motions and discovery rules with precision.
  

• Communication: Exceptional analytical research writing and speaking skills are essential.
  

• Education: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
